Pre-departure - Joining & Leaving the Ship

It is your responsibility to arrange travel to the port of embarkation, and from the port of disembarkation. We will confirm the exact location of the ship within the port of embarkation 2 to 3 days before departure, in many cases earlier.

When first joining the ship, you must go through the embarkation process. Plan to board between 11:00 and 14:00 on sailing day. Please remember to allow time to travel from the airport to the port, which may be some distance apart. If you wish to arrive the day before departure you may have to arrange to stay in a hotel. If you choose leave the ship after completing the embarkation process, you must be back on board the ship at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of sailing. We will provide you with the sailing time when we send your pre-departure documentation, but it is usually 18:00.

During any of the mid-voyage port stops, there are no curfews, but you must be back on board the ship on the day of departure at least 2 hours before the scheduled time of sailing, usually 18:00.

On arrival at your final port of disembarkation, you will be expected to leave the ship by 12:00.
